Begin each day on your private patio that has been generously furnished with an al fresco dining table and large, comfortable sun beds. Your view looks out over the pool and down to the beaches below. Take in the swaying of the palms and the delicious sea breezes on the patio or even indoors as the large French doors ensure you don't miss a moment of the amazing setting.

The breakfast bar is perfect for a quick morning coffee, and the full-sized kitchen is well furnished, making it ideal for experimenting with the local catch or all of the fresh, tropical ingredients at hand. For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

The view is amazing! Wonderful to have the ocean breeze and sounds! Bedroom had air conditioner which helped on hot nights. Nice kitchen-great if you choose to eat in. Walking distance to grocery stores and bank. Private and secure property.
Very nice condo with fabulous views of the ocean. it is on a busy noisy street but once inside, especially with windows closed, the noise s not really noticeable. Supermarket is right across the street and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Management was very responsive
