The Caribbean French-baroque vibe is alive at this beautiful seaside villa. Two stories are held up by stately white pillars and a second-floor, filigreed-iron balcony railing garters her. Pink terracotta roof tiles, classic iron lamp fixtures, and French doors that open up both floors to the island breezes complete the feel.
The second-floor balcony has a wicker sofa and armchairs where guests can oversee the back garden, pool terrace, and the low fence with its gate open onto the beach. The pool is next to two lounge chairs and a set of stairs that leads to more lounge chairs in the garden. A dining table on the terrace with a parasol invites brunch alfresco, perhaps catered or prepared in-house by a private chef. Complimentary concierges can assist in the royal treatment at Milord Sunset Villa by arranging bookings, tickets, events, and in-house amenities or staff at guests’ request. They are experts in world-class hospitality and always give the full royal treatment, short of saying, “Milord.”
Three bedrooms and three-and-a-half en-suite baths with balcony or terrace access fulfill the kind of luxurious comfort that can only be had at a place as beautiful as St. Barts. Each is decorated in white linens with tasteful wicker hearts and baskets, ocean-denim accent pillows and bottle glass lamps, and dried palm fronds. The effect is one of a classic English seaside abode.
Milord Sunset Villa sleeps six guests who are encouraged to dine well at the dining room table. This is in a space marked by archways, wicker lampshades, and decorative woven palm baskets. Every room has a television and air conditioning, but with the beach as close as it is, staying inside will be difficult—even for the kids. One of the king beds can easily separate into two twins, making Milord Sunset an excellent location for a family vacation.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 15% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Peak Season / Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
