Before you walk to the ground floor and plunge pool there is a bedroom with a separate bathroom on the entry-level, ideal for guests who may want to avoid a few additional steps. These steps take you to the ground level and the remaining 3 bedrooms - all fully air-conditioned and outfitted with fine finishes. The master and second bedroom face the golf course, both with direct access to the plunge pool. - Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, 15% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 60 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.
For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
