You get exclusive beach access along Heron Bay when you stay at this villa, as well as access to the clubhouse pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. But that’s just the start of the many amenities this villa offers.
When you arrive, you’ll be instantly drawn to the pool terrace, where your private circular pool is surrounded by a covered verandah and a sunstone terrace where you can lounge in total comfort. Dine outdoors where you can soak up that sea breeze and the Caribbean sun, or head inside to enjoy the casual and homey atmosphere of this villa. The entertainment area offers all the modern media equipment you need to enjoy a movie night with the family, and the kitchen is fully equipped so that you can have your favorite meals. The four bedrooms in this villa include three in the main house, and one in the private guesthouse cottage just a few steps from the terrace. The master suite includes pool access, while the upper bedrooms have private balconies with stunning views. For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

The villa was amazing. Our staff were the most pleasant women we could get to help us out. The food was great. The rooms were beautiful and the view was stunning. The large infinity pool in the community was breathtaking. I will be back.
