Upon entry, guests are greeted by an open-plan living and dining area adorned with a fusion of white and tropical accents. The living space is furnished with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, and a dining table accommodating six individuals. Adjacent to this space is the modern kitchen, furnished with essential appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove top, oven, and more. Expansive double doors seamlessly connect the living area to a private covered dining terrace boasting additional seating. The ground floor houses the Master bedroom featuring a King size bed, alongside bedroom 2 furnished with Twin beds. Both bedrooms feature walk-through closets and en suite double vanity bathrooms. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the shared pool deck that leads to the sizable private swimming pool. Villa include 7 Seater Suzuki Ertaga. For use of vehicle, guests must be over the age of 25 and carry a local permit to drive which costs US$ 5 per person. The vehicle is given clean, with a full tank of gas, and must be returned with the same.
