Barbados Fast Track VIP Arrival Service
Barbados Fast Track is a VIP service that expedites your traveling party through customs and immigration that is an available option to all travelers. It is highly recommended as many international flights land in Barbados around the same time causing long lines. A representative will meet the arriving party (holding a sign with your Last name on it) as you enter the arrivals hall. You will be escorted through immigrations for an easy and headache free arrival.
Barbados Fast Track VIP Departure Package
At the end of your vacation consider the Barbados VIP Departure service. The VIP Departure service include access to the Executive Departure Lounge and fast track services.
On departure, you’ll be met curb side at the Airport with personalized name signage by company representatives elegantly dressed in pink and black. Once you’ve checked in, a representative will then meet you after clearing security and escort you to the Executive Departure Lounge. Guests can enjoy the relaxing ambience of the lounge which includes free Internet access and a fully stocked bar with premium beverages along with light snacks and sandwiches until it is time to make their way to the gate for boarding.
The Airlines Executive lounge is located in the Departure Hall and the lounge is open from 12:30pm – 8:00 pm. The lounge offers the following amenities:

Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Arrival: Agent will be waiting for the guests just outside the arrivals hall, elegantly dressed in pink and black, with personalized name signage.
- Departure: Agent will be waiting for the guests curb side at the airport, with personalized name signage. If the Executive lounge is included in the service, the agent will meet guests after clearing security and escort them to the lounge.
Additional Notes: - For Departure: Check-in for international flights starts 3 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes an hour before.

Full payment is required at reservation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
