Fast Track is a VIP service that expedites your traveling party through customs and immigration. It is highly recommend as many international flights land in Barbados around the same time.
Pamper yourself to the very end. Our departure service will continue your vacation right until you step aboard the plane. This service requires guests to be at the airport no less than 1.5 hours prior to the flight departure time.
If the Executive Lounge is included in the service, our representative will meet guests after clearing security and escort them to the lounge. Guests can enjoy the relaxing ambience of the lounge which includes free Internet access and a fully stocked bar with premium beverages; along with light snacks and sandwiches until it is time to make their way to the gate for boarding.
TRANSFERS - If not combined with Fast Track there is a $15 per adult charge for the meet and greet.
Luggage Allowance: 1 Suitcase + 1 hand luggage per person
After a long flight it is nice to be whisked away and avoid the hassle of directions and driving in an unfamiliar location. Our transfer service will take you to the villa and notify the staff of your impending arrival for a proper welcome. Our concierge service can arrange for your rental car to be delivered to the villa at no additional cost.

Terms and Conditions
It is the guests’ responsibility to ensure that they have met all visa requirements and have in their possession the necessary travel documents to exit Barbados.
Guests must ensure that they complete on line check in where possible.
Guests must have a completed departure E/D card for each traveler, along with passport and boarding pass
Children under the age of 16 years travelling alone must be accompanied at check in at the airport by a parent/guardian. The parent/guardian must provide Government identification (driver’s license/passport), and documentation to prove their relationship to the minor. Once the minor has checked in the parent then hands the minor over to the Five Star Fast Track Representative who will then proceed with the departure fast track service (In some instances the airline representative may also be required to accompany the minor).
Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. No bookings accepted within 48 hours.
Departures that take place or are completed between midnight and 6:00 am, will incur a supplemental cost of 50% of the Departure Fast Track rate.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the date of guest’s departure.
There will be a 100% charge for “No show” passengers or cancellations within 48 hours of departure.
