Barbados Fishing Charter

Your day begins on a 27’ Boston Whaler that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without, plus a toilet on board.

Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time!

Kids are welcome aboard the 27' Boston Whaler, so get them offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and snacks. There will be some drinks on offer, but be sure to let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. 

Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, King Mackerel, Lane Snapper, and more could be biting if conditions are right. On the day of your trip, you’re likely to troll using light or heavy tackle. The fish caught are yours to take with you, so long as they’re within the legal limit. The crew will clean and fillet a portion of the catch for you. How’s that for fresh seafood?

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate, who’s there to help you fish and keep everyone safe on board. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 20% gratuity is customary and much appreciated. Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

Now and then, the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should!
 

Tour Option:

• 3 Hour Trip – Inshore (Morning at 7am or Afternoon at 2pm)

Join us for a comfortable experience that begins at the luxury marina Port St. Charles on the West Coast of Barbados. Live Bait is procured the day prior to ensure we get straight to the bite! Your captain will assess conditions and favorable fishing spots the day of, and then away you go. The captain will be sure to get you familiar and hands-on with setting your lines perfectly, and then it’s time to watch for the bite! Target Barracuda, Snapper, Mackerel, Jack, and more.
 

• 5 Hour Trip – Fish/Snorkel/BBQ (Morning at 7am or Afternoon at 1pm)

This inshore trip hooks all the fun and is a must-do when seeking a complete fishing/boating day! Both the morning and afternoon trips are equally favorable. You choose which best suits your schedule. Your captain will provide a full safety briefing, and away you go. The time is yours to make of it what you like, and lots of time there is! Spend as much time fishing, snorkeling, and/or BBQ’ing your catch within the 5 hours allotted! Join us for this experience that can be enjoyed by all and is a must-do!

• 5 Hour Trip – Offshore (Morning at 7am or Afternoon at 1pm)

Let’s get serious and go hunting! This offshore trip is for guests seeking bigger species of fish and a fight to remember. We mostly target Wahoo and Mahi on this trip, but other surprises can come while out in the deep! Your captain will provide a full safety briefing and get you that shot at a big one!

• 6 Hour Trip – Offshore FAD Hunting (Morning at 7am)

I bet you want to know what a "FAD" is? Fish Aggregating Device – A man-made object used to attract ocean-going pelagic fish! Let's go then! Join us for this must-do fishing experience. Your captain will provide you with a full safety briefing, and then we go hunting for FADs. One can expect to find Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, and Marlin revolving around these FADs. Our team can reach as many as 3 different FADs in a trip.

​This trip includes everything you need to land the catch of your dreams, along with drinks (including beers, rum and vodka), snacks, and your choice of sandwiches or pizza.

• 8 Hour Trip – Marlin (Morning at 7 am)

This trip is built for the fishing enthusiast. Come and experience sportfishing at a competitive level, and have an opportunity to saddle up on a big one! Your captain will provide a full safety briefing, and then away we go. This trip is only recommended in season.

​This trip includes everything you need to land the catch of your dreams, along with drinks (including beers, rum and vodka), snacks, and your choice of sandwiches or pizza.
