Barbados Reiki

A Reiki healing session is a deeply relaxing and restorative energy experience designed to release stress, ease tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. This fully hands-off practice encourages the flow of life force energy, helping the body, mind, and spirit return to a state of balance and harmony.

Designed to gently guide the nervous system out of stress and into deep relaxation, Reiki offers a soothing reset for emotional heaviness, mental fatigue, or physical tension, allowing the body to return to its natural healing state.

Ideal for: stress relief, emotional release, re-energising, chronic tension, pain management / relief, burnout recovery, spiritual alignment, inner child and trauma support, clarity and energetic cleansing.

How the session works:

The session takes place fully clothed, usually lying comfortable or seated - whichever feels best for you.
Your practitioner channels Reiki energy into your field without any physical contact. Energy is guided above the body and through the energetic layers, promoting flow, balance, and release. Many clients experience warmth, tingling, lightness, emotional shifts/release, deep calm, visions, or simply peaceful rest.

Reiki is gentle, safe, and intuitive - suitable for beginners or seasoned energy-healers. You can book sessions one on one for a more personalised healing session, or as a group for more relaxation and recovery type session.

Note: Massage table provided for private 1:1 sessions. For group sessions people can be laying down, or seated, in their own space.
