This South Coast tour begins at one of the Worlds’ best kite surfing beaches, Silver Rock Beach, which can have as many as fifty kites out, competing for wind & wave action during the winter season – either way a beautiful any time of year.
Once riding, we head eastward up the coastline, taking in picturesque cliffside views and local “salt-life” all the way out to the secluded Long Beach; the longest beach on the island. This being a well-known turtle nesting sanctuary and a fantastic picture opportunity.
We eventually reach Barracuda Bay by way of the Paragon Cliffs, where near shore barracuda are often spotted. Viewscapes looking back to Long Beach from this location are also incredible
Making the turn, it’s back to base for well-earned beverages via village paths & trails as well as the Chancery Lane wetlands; home to migratory birds. Hands down, there’s no better way to experience the South Coast of Barbados.
