Arrival Instructions / What to Bring: Please be at your location 15 minutes prior to start of your appointment, so that you are not rushed and vendor can set up and start your appointment on time. If you are running late, please call the vendor immediately so that massage practitioner/nail tech can be notified. Unfortunately, any time lost due to late arrival will be deducted from your treatment time, and your treatment will be shortened accordingly.

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- 20% is non-refundable upon booking.
- Cancellations made at least 2 months in advance receive a full refund.
- For cancellations made less than 2 months in advance but more than 4 weeks before the service/activity, a 50% refund will be provided.
- For cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the service/activity, no refund will be provided.
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
