Arrival Instructions / What to Bring: Please be at your location 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so that you are not rushed and Tutch Mobile Spa can set up and start your appointment on time. If you are running late, please call us immediately so that we can notify the yoga instructor/massage practitioner, etc. Unfortunately, you will forfeit the time lost and your treatment will be shortened accordingly.

- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
