Barbados Private Sunset Charter is an extremely spacious gracious and exclusive 62ft luxury catamaran which exudes elegance, state of the art amenities, and stunning ambience. She is the newest addition to the Barbados Luxury Catamaran market.

  - Banana Bread and Danish to start your day
  - Lunch: Grilled lemon chicken with chive, Thyme and Hint of Honey; Local Catch of the day, Blackened, Grilled, or Fried with a Lemon Caper Sauce; Caprese salad, Caesar Salad, Pesto and Olive pasta (no nuts), Stir Fried Rice, Garlic Bread.
  - Dessert: Sumptuous Brownies with Ice Cream

  - A choice of two proteins from the following: Cajun Grilled Chicken Breast, Garlic Shrimp, 6oz BurgerChef’s Sticky BBQ Pork Ribs, Fresh Catch of the Day with Chef’s Special Sauce.
  - Served with: Macaroni Pie, Twice Baked Potatoes.
  - Salads: Vegetable Quinoa, Broccoli Slaw
  - Desserts: Chocolate Brownies, Cheesecake with Berry Compote
• Chef's Specialty Menu
  - Starters: Tomato Bruschetta OR Crab Cake on a Bed of Crunchy Greens with a Remoulade Sauce.
  - Main Course: Fresh catch of the day, Pan seared with a lemon caper brown butter, Rosemary roasted Chicken Breast au jus, Grilled 6oz Striploin Steak with pappercorn sauce, Scalloped Potatoes, Roasted Local Vegetables, Asian Rice Noodle Salad.
  - Desserts: Homemade Bread Pudding, Caramel Toffee Sauce OR Fresh Fruit Skewers with Sorbet,
• Kids Menu
  - A choice of three: Chicken/Fish fingers; french fries; hot dog; ice cream; juniou burgers; mac n' cheese.

Menus can be served as Buffet or Plated Style depending on the size of the group. Menus must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the charter day. Children between 3-11 years will be half price (except Kids Menu). Kindly advise if there are any food allergies.
