The villa itself is amenities-rich and it provides two floors of luxurious indoor and outdoor living. The upper floor is where a stunning terrace and verandah are located. With premium tile flooring and wonderful furnishings, this space gives penthouse-style views of the entire area. Open terraces surround the verandah and here you can enjoy al fresco dining, sunbathing and lounging while savoring the sea breezes and the scenery.
The upper level is also where the expansive great room is found. With its white, pickled wood ceilings, cool marble floors and pearly palette, it is a supremely elegant space. It features a living room with entertainment system as well as opening to the luxurious kitchen. With a breakfast bar area, it opens into the great room and offers high-end appliances and work surfaces.
The three bedrooms are also supremely luxurious. All three open to private terraces and feature four-poster, king beds. All feature ultra-luxurious and private baths, including garden tubs and walk-in showers.

~ 30% deposit / Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
~ Festive Period: 50% deposit / Balance due 75 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date in the same villa.
~ If guests cancel the reservation falling within the Festive Season, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date in the same villa.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

This was a very upscale and nicely furnished villa/condo setup, with quiet resort style pool and immediate access to a calm beach with great snorkeling within range of the beach (all the boats stopped at our location for snorkeling). Wonderful views and ambiance sitting on the top floor "lookout", where the grill and a nice seating area for dinner was located. Downstairs porch was very comfortable with a nice view. Beach chairs and umbrella being available every day was great. Reasonable distance from the newest grocery store on the island, and reasonable distance from the best restaurants (although not very close). Villa was a little dusty, but had great spacious bathrooms and closets (and water pressure, not always a given).
