Visitors instantly appreciate the elegance and aesthetics of the two-story property and enjoy the balance between the gardens and grounds, white stone walls, and contemporary structure. This villa is a ground floor property and features an enormous and private terrace from which to savor the lovely surroundings, which also include a uniquely shaped community pool area with sun deck and full pool service.

Whether relaxing in the oversized seating or enjoying a meal or drink at the al fresco dining area, it is sure to prove enjoyable. Step inside through the oversized entry and you encounter the great room. Decorated in a palette identical to the creamy sand and rich black used on the exteriors, it manages to capture the natural light and amazing scenery from outdoors. The two bedrooms are a great fit with the rest of the spacious and luxurious villa. The master suite offers up that same soothing palette, accented with hints of sea blue. It is furnished with a queen bed, access to the private terrace, and an oversized ensuite bath. The second bedroom features two single beds that can be combined to make a king, as well as a private bath of its own.

  • Reservation deposit is 30%. Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 90 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 is forfeited. Cancellations between 89 and 43 days prior to arrival, 30% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellations 42 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.
Covid 19 Policy

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

For new bookingsthe property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 21 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited. 
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 21 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.  

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
