With its beachfront location, mere steps from the sparkling waters and gorgeous sands, is enough to make it the ideal holiday accommodation, this two-bedroom property has a lot more to offer.
Offering you private beach access, which includes use of the sunny terrace and barbecue area, you can dedicate many hours to water sports, swimming and sunbathing and then relax in your private beach chairs. You can also spend many leisurely hours on your large and private verandah as well. Opening to the views, it is the perfect place for enjoying daily sunsets, but it is furnished to serve as a full-time outdoor living space as well. Comfortable lounge furniture and an al fresco dining area will make it one of your favorite spots.
From the verandah, you pass through the arched door and into the high ceilinged living room. An aqua and cream palette emphasizes the beach atmosphere, and you will love to spend time in the living room with its oversized furniture and modern entertainment system. Nearby is your formal dining room, and through the arched pass through you find the kitchen that is open to the views and which captures all of the sea breezes and amazing sunlight.
After toasting the sunset, you can head indoors to bed. There are two, spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom is a bit larger and features an en suite bath. The second bedroom is also roomy, but the bathroom is adjacent to the room rather than within it.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
The existing building located over the road from this rental property is being renovated. The construction and renovation works are ongoing with an anticipated completion during 2024. Guests staying at the rental properties in this vicinity should anticipate possible noise and minor disturbances.
Note: Please note that during the passage of Hurricane Beryl, shorelines in some parts of the West Coast were significantly affected by beach erosion. The property is threatened in terms of beach access and the rehabilitation is in progress.
