For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation / 50% deposit for Christmas/New Year bookings
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation, all payments made will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel to the same villa for up 12 months from the original arrival date. No refund will be offered.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Beautiful clean townhouse. Main floor has an open floor plan. Has all amenities in kitchen to cook meals. Lovely outdoor space to eat meals and relax. Nice size bedrooms, all with ensuite which is a huge bonus. Pool in complex with lounge chairs and umbrells. 2 minute walk to catch city bus and taxis. Great way to travel around the island.10 minute walk to access beach. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Very easy to book and communicate with owner. Would definitely recommend this townhouse to family and friends. Will be back again for sure. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
We recently stayed at this beautiful home for one week. Our party of six adults was easily accommodated and never felt crowded in.
This home is bright, nicely decorated and well maintained. The furniture is comfortable and has ample seating for everyone. The kitchen has every amenity and laundry. The three bedrooms were spacious with large closets and each had an en suite. The master bedroom had a walk out to a private patio. The main floor patio doors open up fully to extend the living space though we never felt the need. Every morning we had coffee outside while the birds sang. One morning green monkeys came by to entertain us!
The house is cleaned once per week and sheets and towels laundered and changed - what a bonus!
The pool is directly across from the house. We used it frequently to cool off after a day out. There is a small work out area and bathrooms which were convenient. The beach is a few minutes walk but worth it - we went every day. We visited the members pool by the beach once for a change of pace and enjoyed lunch there overlooking the water..
The house is a short walk away from the bank, duty free shopping, grocery store and many restaurants. Café's and coffee shops and ice cream parlors were all walking distance. The bus is a minute from the house and quickly became our preferred mode of transportation. We easily traveled to Bridgetown and Carlisle Bay for shopping and the beach.
This house would be great for families with children as you could cook meals, do laundry if needed and keep the kids entertained at the pool or beach..
