Featuring an open plan, it is the ultimate spot for a group of friends or a large family that hopes to enjoy daily gatherings along with a generous amount of indoor or outdoor living spaces. This is most definitely a beach house, and it features an abundance of spaces well-suited to making the most of the setting.
The focal point of the home is the oversized verandah that frames the pool area. With its wooden decking, sun beds, hammocks, and private pool, it will easily become a favorite spot day or night. Tucked beneath the shade of the verandah is an al fresco dining and lounging spot, and nearby is another lounge with a breakfast bar opening into the kitchen. The bright and airy kitchen is sure to satisfy even the most discerning cooks, and it features a pale blue and white palette that is a perfect complement to the beach just steps away. An eat-in design, it features top of the line appliances and gear perfect for feeding even the largest groups with ease.
There is also a large living room with entertainment system, another low-key lounge space with oversized banquette sofa, and a games room with foosball, pool, and an entertainment system. The upper level has a lovely, open lounge and access to the balcony. The bedrooms range in size from king suites to singles. Three feature ensuite baths while three share a bath.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
