Fortunately, the brand new Palm Beach 109 is available. A condominium-styled property, it boasts three bedrooms, stylish décor and a blend of interior and exterior living spaces that are sure to delight and surprise you.

Part of the Condominiums at Palm Beach, it also comes with a long list of amenities. This property is noted as an ideal choice for families, professionals or those eager to savor a quiet getaway, and promises an idyllic beachfront setting close to all of the finest dining, sightseeing, shopping and action Barbados has to offer. With direct beach access, concierge services, large and private grounds, a large pool area, and a fitness room, it can easily be your sole destination throughout your stay.

This may seem even more likely once you set eyes on the spacious property. It features an enormous, private terrace screened from view by beautifully manicured gardens and charming palms. It is furnished as an al fresco living and dining space that opens inward into your great room area.

Inside, you can enjoy a media room and home theater, a gorgeous breakfast bar area and the enormous, modern kitchen. Equipped with the very best appliances, it gazes outward towards the view and lets you whip up meals or snacks without missing a single moment of the fun.

The three bedrooms include a master suite with king bed. It is ensuite and features a sitting area that opens to the patio. There is a queen suite with private bath and a dual single suite with private bath, as well.

Ideal for a group of friends or a larger family, the Palm Beach 109 is a nice balance of privacy, convenience, luxury and comfort.

Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation / 50% deposit for Christmas/New Year bookings
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation, all payments made will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel to the same villa for up 12 months from the original arrival date. No refund will be offered.

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Barbados Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Barbados Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Barbados Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

From the moment we met Cherane we knew we had made a great decision for our 8 night getaway with the family. It was our first time to Barbados and Cherane's awesome hospitality made us feel welcome right away. She showed us around the main strip between the condo and St. Lawrence Gap and even dropped us off at the supermarket. She had great recommendations for everything we inquired about.

Prior to booking we were convinced that we wanted to stay in the area around the Gap, but we were both happy that those accommodations did not pan out and we ended up booking #109. Just out the gate and about 100' to the left, there is a nice little beach which had awesome snorkelling and a perfect swimming area. There is a small convenience store directly across the road which has cold beer among other things to keep your whistle wetted. There are many little restaurants within about a 5-10 minute walk, or depending on the driver, a 30 second ZR rip.

The rooms were all spacious, clean and air conditioned with plenty of extra linens. The bathrooms are all well sized and kept very clean. In our short visit, the cleaners came 3 times to give the place a full overhaul. The large island in the middle of the kitchen is perfect for mixing drinks and having snacks with the crew, while the terrace area is perfect for nighttime drinks/dinner. We had 3 couples in our crew and at no time did we feel cramped for space. After doing some exploring around the island we really felt that we were lucky to come across #109. If you want to party out at the bars every night you are going to have to take a cab or a bus down to the Gap or stay in that area. If you want some peace and quiet with the option of going out definitely stay here. Do yourself a favour, bring yourself a bunch of $1 American bills and jump in a ZR and enjoy the accommodations at Palm Beach 109.

We enjoyed 12 nights of luxury at this wonderful condominium. When I plan our holidays I always get a little stressed when all the family rely on me to provide a good vacation, well I hit the jackpot with 109. The accommodation is of a very high standard and set in beautiful well maintained grounds. The attention to detail is impressive, the kitchen is fitted with every appliance you could wish for, the living area is large and tastefully furnished. With the warm weather we spent most of our time on the lovely large patio area, a few strides from the pool and a 30 second stroll to the beach. My personal favourite thing to do was to take one of the folding chairs onto the beach and watch the turtles swim about in the clear shallow water.

There are various restaurants in the area and several stores and supermarkets a few minutes away. We chose to take the crazy ZR mini bus local transport, loud reggae music and a roller coaster ride all for 2 dollars. We used the local bus service for trips to Holetown and to the Andromeda gardens on the wild east coast. We liked rubbing shoulders with the very friendly local people but other travellers may prefer a car rental to provide better flexibility.

All in all we had an absolutely fabulous holiday at 109 and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting a sumptuous place to stay and unwind.

It was a beautiful, clean, well furnished and fully equipped apartment, with everything from a coffee machine to a washer and a dryer, to cable tv with all the cartoon channels you could hope for, really anything you could need was available. The host was gracious and accommodating and she consistently ensured that all our needs were met. It is in a secure compound, with a beautiful garden and pool, and direct beach access. The beach is the Caribbean sea but with just enough occasional Atlantic waves for our kids to play and enjoy. Also not far are some rocks with sea creatures to explore, and for slightly more grown up entertainment, it's only a short walk away from some great restaurants. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for my family.
