For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation / 50% deposit for Christmas/New Year bookings
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation, all payments made will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel to the same villa for up 12 months from the original arrival date. No refund will be offered.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Excellent accommodations for a family. Modern and clean with a beautiful view and great location. We have stayed there for 3 years in a row now.
Great location. Clean, friendly, spacious. Close to restaurants, boardwalk, on the beach. Beautiful pool. Great view of ocean and condominium complex. Elevator was handy for stroller. Apartment had everything you would want. Housekeeping came in every 2nd day.
