Palm Beach 311 welcomes guests to a warm, country chic touched with sumptuous hints of opulence that is never overdone. The master suite, for instance, has diamond-shaped, white floor tile that makes the polished antique writing desk with wrought iron legs shine distinctly beneath a framed picture of sea life in various pinks. In the main room, a wicker living room set with pastel-lime cushions and island-blue pillows sits framed by matching valences with sheer curtains, bringing the country feel home with warm lighting and striped kitchen bar stools.
The granite kitchen bar counter overlooks warm wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a fully functional kitchen in which a personal chef can prepare gourmet meals in-house.* Catered events* can, and perhaps should, be had at Palm Beach 311, as the vast gardens and lush lawns, pool terrace, and various sitting lounges seems to be made for soirees and garden parties. There is a dining table set in black and teal blue on the veranda with a nearby matching patio set, for instance, which is outside of the master bedroom’s balcony.
The three bedrooms all have king beds with en-suite bathrooms including showers, vanities, and water closets. All are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, televisions, and wi-fi. These are decorated in white wicker and linens, wood, marble in the bathrooms, and tile work that continues the country warmth. With three king beds, Villa Palm Beach 311 sleeps six guests, but its community atmosphere welcomes company. The pool is enormous—essentially three pools—and is shared with the community at Palm Beach (along with the fitness center).
Palm Beach 311 is the perfect getaway for a family or friends who enjoy socializing and sunbathing in a resort setting. With its fantastic waterfront location, Palm Beach 311 offers beach access through the gardens, which are marked by large manicured lawns and hedges in a formal fashion. Take a moment to mark the gardener’s precision on the way to the oceanfront. Smell the roses, so to speak. Housekeepers, a property manager, and a security guard are also on staff.
