Sapphire Beach 309 Barbados. This third-floor condo, located right at the center of South Coast, is a charming place to spend your tropical getaway. The stunning views will draw you in from the start, with the sparkling waters and the white sands of Dover Beach right outside the window. Step out onto the balcony where you’ll find an al fresco dining space and comfortable lounging furniture, and let the sea breeze wash over you. Inside, the apartment-style home has a large open floor plan, so you always feel like you can stretch out and enjoy.
Sapphire Beach 309 is perfect for a small family of four, or a pair of couples. The two bedrooms both include a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, both decorated to put you in that island mood. In one, you find cool ocean tones, a walk-in closet, and private access to the patio through glass doors. In another, you’ll find warm tropical tones, another walk-in closet, and plenty of space. There’s also a third bedroom which acts as a private den in case you need some privacy to read, shoot off a quick email, or just get away from it all.
Right outside the building is beachfront access, or you can take a dip in either of the two gorgeous pools. This building and the secure parking area are protected by a security guard and offer amenities such as a fitness room and nearby nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. You have the services of housekeeping during your stay, so you never have to worry about lifting a finger. When you’re done exploring all the fun of the beach and Barbados life, you can retreat back to this private oasis and let the sights and sounds of the island carry all your worries away.

For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
