Schooner Bay 207 Innisfree, Barbados. Enjoy the views of Godings Bay when you book a stay at Schooner Bay 207. This luxury property is in the coveted West Coast area of Barbados, close to Speightsown and the best shopping and dining, but also a wonderful destination all its own.

The three-bedroom property features a long list of amenities that will make it an ideal base from which to explore the region, or you may find that you have little interest in leaving Schooner Bay at all. This is because it has been carefully designed to provide the best of the setting.

The villa is on the second floor and directly faces the beach, and you may enjoy many hours on the sparkling white sands or you can remain at the enormous and unique swimming pool within the complex. Designed with privacy and nature in mind, it is similar to a lagoon and has many curves, bends and hidden pools. Bridges take you from one area to the next, with palms offering shade and gazebos providing places to lounge as well.

In your villa, you will be treated to indoor and outdoor living spaces also well designed for leisure. The lengthy stretch of terrace that runs the front of the villa includes a large al fresco dining area with banquet sofa. At the other end you will enjoy a full-sized outdoor lounge. Just indoors is the great room in which a lovely cottage charm features a cool blue and white palette that makes the casual living room another popular spot.

The three bedrooms are all en suite, with the master featuring direct access to the terrace, and the second largest bedroom offering a balcony too.

Whether you are with friends or family, the Villa Schooner Bay 207 is a perfect place for total relaxation and comfort.

All were very professional, the apartment was exactly what we need.

The staff was very professional and kind.

Was our first time in Barbados, we enjoyed all the places, the beach, the pool and the gym.

Also the weather was excellent.

In the middle of the week we took a half day tour in the Silver Moon Catamaran, and other day we went to visit Mount Gay Rum . All was really enjoyable.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Barbados Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Barbados Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Barbados Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

"I wanted to say a huge thank you to you both for all your help with booking our recent stay at Forest Hills 25 Royal Westmoreland. We had a fabulous holiday and this was due to a huge extent by the quality of the villa. We spent quite a bit of time looking at the options available and we chose Forest Hills 25 due to location , facilities and based on the photos. There was a slight concern before we arrived whether the villa would live up to the photos but it’s fair to say the villa in real life exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautifully decorated and all the furnishings are of a very high standard. The villa is very well equipped (blender for home made pina coladas!). The bathrooms are very modern and all beds bedding linen etc very high quality. Everything was provided that we needed - down to beach towels for the pool, all kitchen equipment and great storage space for unpacking all our holiday wardrobes. One of the aspects that really made it for us in particular was the separate apartment which our 15 year old son loved as having his own space meant he could maintain his love of a long lie! And my husband still can’t stop talking about the TV package - on the few nights we stayed in there was plenty available to keep us entertained. We made use of all the facilities at Royal Westmoreland- great rum sours at the Rum Shack. And the boys loved having their own private pool just outside the villa! The weather was hot and on a few days a bit stormy so having a lovely villa to come home to really made a difference. We only saw Anne the housekeeper twice during our visit but she was very helpful and helped keep everything clean and tidy. Sally's welcome and farewell service was much appreciated and even though we only had 1 query Sally responded so quickly with an offer to help. The service from Barbados Blue before arriving was exceptional with lots of helpful information and answers to all our questions. We last visited Barbados 15 years ago but we are not intending to wait that long again to return to Barbados and fully intend to book Forest Hills 25 again. We have already recommended it to lots of friends. If I was going to provide any constructive feedback it would be to the owners in relation to their Royal Westmoreland membership. I imagine that few people like us bring tennis racquets on holiday and the rental they charge for racquets is very expensive for an hour. We did also make use of the facilities at the Beach Club and while the beach is beautiful and we had some lovely days there, the service is not the most friendly and efficient compared to other places. I would love it if you could pass on our feedback to the villa owners so they know what a great time we had. Thank you again for all your help."
