Schooner Bay 303, Penthouse on Barbados, is a well-appointed two-story penthouse apartment which offers an idyllic beachfront living experience. The floor plan, encompassing 3,322 sq. ft., has three air-conditioned bedrooms with opulent en suite bathrooms featuring marble tiling throughout. The master and main guest bathrooms feature twin sinks, bath and separate corner showers.
A low density building with just four floors results in higher ceiling heights than are typically found in newer west coast developments, enhancing the luxuriously airy atmosphere. The large, covered terrace runs adjacent to the living room, providing lovely sea views as well as attractive views of the communal pool and gardens. It has plenty of space for family dinners, sunset cocktails or simply relaxing.

For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit / Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
~ Festive Period: 50% deposit / Balance due 75 days prior to arrival
For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date at the same villa.
~ If guests cancel the reservation falling within the Festive Season, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date in the same villa.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Lovely vacation. Thank you we had wonderful time in Barbados.
The villa was extremely comfortable overlooking the Caribbean ocean and the swimming pool. In the afternoon we would sit on the patio and enjoy the wonderful cool breezes coming from the east. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots/pans/glasses, silverware and serving pieces. We enjoyed using the BBQ and the Jacuzzi located on the top floor. The master bedroom was very spacious with walk in closets, an over sized marble bathroom and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. The guest bedroom located on the main level with french doors to the patio, was also very comfortable with walk in closets and a well designed marble bathroom. The housekeeper Rose, was a great asset to the villa and she attended to the cleaning of the villa/changing sheets/washing towels and personal items during her 3 -4 hour visit. All in all, I would highly recommend this villa, as the owner has paid particular attention to detail and comfort. I thought the location was terrific as it is located in walking distance to the old trading port of Speightstown with its many colonial buildings now existing in harmony with modern buildings.
Isle Blue services were First class, no detailed overlooked and all arrangements went very smoothly from our arrival in Barbados, the meet and greet at the airport, transfer to the villa, delivery of our rental car at the villa and our departure to the airport. All of the representatives were very courteous, on time and a pleasure to work with.
