The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king. Unit 6 also offers a large patio perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean breeze.

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation / 50% deposit for Christmas/New Year bookings
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
For new bookings the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 3 weeks prior to arrival, all payments made will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel to the same villa for up 12 months from the original arrival date. No refund will be offered.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A level 4 CDC warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
