This four-bedroom property is located within the Mullins Bay Development of Barbados, and takes a wonderful position overlooking the sea. Guests have use of several premier clubs, including the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club and its amenities, the facilities at Mullins Beach, and the services and amenities at Sugar Hill Club. This means spa services, pools, fitness centers, tennis and more.
Yet, your stay at the villa also means access to the stunning community pool, which is a lagoon-style design with waterfalls and various sun decks.
Naturally, you want to feel free to spend many leisurely hours in comfort and style in the villa itself, and it has been designed to encourage just that. With multiple floors and an array of outdoor living spaces, it is a private world of its own. You have a private, walled courtyard on the ground floor, and it is furnished as an al fresco living room that opens to the pool. There is also an outdoor dining room nearby. Inside, there is a full living room and dining suite along with a modern, gourmet kitchen.
The bedrooms are divided between the two upper floors. Two feature private patios gazing out over the views, and all feature private baths.

For new bookings made for travel in 2021, the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit at the time of booking
~ Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
~ Christmas / New Year 2021/22 period: Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 15 days prior to the arrival, all monies paid will be refunded minus all bank charges, processing fee and US$250.00 administration fee.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 15 days of the arrival date, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited.
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date.
For new bookings made during the Christmas / New Year 2021/22 period, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited.
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates at the same property and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date.
All payments remain non-refundable if the deferred dates are cancelled after rebooking new dates.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
