For those who want the spaciousness of a private villa, the convenience of a waterfront location and the comfort of a luxury condo, the stunning Villa Coral Cove 3 is the answer. This ground floor, condominium style property is located along the coveted Paynes Bay Beach area of Barbados. As part of the St. James region, it is moments from premium shopping and dining, but its location along the sands also makes it a highly desirable setting for a honeymoon or holiday.

A two-bedroom property, it provides a list of wonderful amenities, including the enormous and private gardens that lead to the beach access. This area is so lush and manicured it has earned the villa the nickname "Green Flash". With a high screening wall and an enormous number of mature shade trees, potted palms and a stretch of lawn, it is a wonderfully private little paradise. The stone terrace is furnished with an al fresco dining area and two lounging spaces. These gaze out towards the sea views, but also lead back into the great room.

The villa has a distinctly open-air feel that blurs lines between interior and exterior spaces, this is due to the floor to ceiling windows that open entire walls to the garden terrace. You enter into the living room with is banquette sofa and entertainment area. You are then steps from the amazingly stylish dining area that opens to another part of the terrace. Just a few steps more leads to the breakfast bar and the full-sized, gourmet kitchen.

The two oversized bedrooms are king suites, with the master bedroom also opening to the garden. Both are ensuite and beautifully decorated.

The Villa Coral Cove 3 is a wonderful find that puts you steps from the sea, minutes to town and cozily tucked into a private paradise of your own.

Note:  As of December 15, 2017. The construction taking place next door to Coral Cove is ongoing - the project is scheduled to finish Summer 2018. The building shell is complete with the roof on. Interior work will be ongoing that we anticipate much less noise and disturbance.
