Though the property is part of a larger, luxurious apartment-style property, it comes with a surprising number of amenities. The beachfront, with lounge chairs, towels, showers, and attendants is one benefit, but so too is the enormous lagoon-style pool that stretches the length of the property, as well as the amazing gardens and the various sun decks and lounging areas. In addition to these amenities, the villa is also fully staffed with a cook to prepare two meals daily, a community butler, and a full housekeeping team.
The villa has been designed with an open floor planned great room. With its high, white ceilings, cool terrazzo floors, and stunning décor, it is a wonderful shared living area. You have the entertainment and living room space, a formal dining room, and a full-sized gourmet kitchen that are all open to the expansive terrace. And to ensure that you enjoy the very utmost in comfort, your terrace opens to a stunning plunge pool of its own, surrounded by a fully furnished sun deck and al fresco living room.
The master suite also opens to the terrace and includes a sitting room and an enormous bath. The second suite uses dual full beds and opens to another area of the terrace. Both have full baths and premium fixtures.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Due to recent weather events, the beach in front of Old Trees has been eroded and damaged the seawall. Reconstruction is ongoing and expected to be completed by early December. In the interim, guests can access the beach via the public access entrance on Paynes Bay.
