It is a second-floor, luxury apartment in a waterfront complex tucked along the edge of Paynes Bay in Barbados. Just minutes from Holetown, and steps from the sands, it blends the best of all possible worlds.
The two-bedroom apartment is villa-like in its design, putting an emphasis on the scenery, privacy and luxurious amenities. For many, the focal point of the villa is its charming verandah that gazes out at the tree tops and the stunning turquoise waters of the sea just beyond them. The verandah has been furnished to serve as the ultimate al fresco dining space, allowing you to toast the sunsets each evening and enjoy every meal savoring the views.
Step through the double French doors and you enter the beautifully designed great room. This open floor plan living area allows you to enjoy the views and sea breezes even when working in the kitchen. It features contemporary and yet inviting décor that includes the full-sized living room, with entertainment center. Done in white and black, it is an uncluttered space ideal for lounging and casual hours of fun. Just a few steps further inside, and you are in the fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen. With its black marble countertops, mahogany stained cabinetry and stainless appliances, it is a gem. A breakfast bar also offers a casual dining space.
The two bedrooms are supremely private and spacious. One is an Asian-inspired king suite in a black, white and red palette. The other is a large, dual twin suite done in a chocolate and white palette. Both offer large ensuite baths and nice views.

For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit / Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
~ Festive Period: 50% deposit / Balance due 75 days prior to arrival
For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date at the same villa.
~ If guests cancel the reservation falling within the Festive Season, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date in the same villa.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
