When you step in, you’ll first notice the stunning view. Out every window, you’ll see the sparkling Caribbean waters framed by swaying palm trees. The living space is open and spacious so that you have plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook during your stay if you wish, and you can easily take your meals outdoors to the verandah to soak up that ocean breeze. Your bedroom and both bathrooms are equally luxurious, with modern amenities that make you feel as though you are staying at a spa resort.
The building also includes a community fitness room and pool, which you can use whenever you like during your stay. The building is protected by a security guard, and you never have to worry about tidying up. The housekeeping service will take care of that for you, so you can simply lay back and relax. Take in the scenery each morning with your coffee on the verandah, and let the magic of the ocean waves lull you to sleep each night. For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit / Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
~ Festive Period: 50% deposit / Balance due 75 days prior to arrival
For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date at the same villa.
~ If guests cancel the reservation falling within the Festive Season, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date in the same villa.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
