Unlike many smaller accommodations, this villa has a large covered terrace, a beachfront location, and large and airy living spaces that make it a complete destination in its own. The terrace is unique, offering a private plunge pool that is framed by a natural stone wall to ensure privacy. This leads to a comfortable lounge area as well as the al fresco dining spot that allows you to enjoy the views and breezes at all times.
Stepping in through the picturesque arched doors, the guest can take a break in the living room area with its cool marble floors and pale palette it is a truly soothing space. A large living room is open to the entertainment area, and this leads to the formal dining room. Sitting adjacent to the kitchen, it is roomy and bright, and will be even more relaxing if you take advantage of the cook services that guests have available.
There are two bedrooms, that each feature a private terrace, large beds, and opulent en suite bathrooms.
With your visit to Villa Old Trees Sundance, you can enjoy hours of time at the beach where two kayaks and two paddleboards are available for your use. You can head to the pool for a few hours of swimming, or you can just remain on your own terrace where your plunge pool and cozy loungers await. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Due to recent weather events, the beach in front of Old Trees has been eroded and damaged the seawall. Reconstruction is ongoing and expected to be completed by early December. In the interim, guests can access the beach via the public access entrance on Paynes Bay.
