Gazing out over the water, it is the perfect retreat for a family or group of discerning friends. The stone terrace is framed in glass to ensure the view remains unimpeded, and it gazes down at the beach and the unique community pool that is just below. Stretching the length of the building, the pool features bridges and is like a work of art in its own right. However, the villa, too is visually appealing. Begin at the terrace which creates a wonderfully open-air setting, with floor to ceiling doors it allows the trade winds to cascade inside.
The terrace is meant to be an outdoor living space and is opulently furnished as a lounge and dining area, but also features a private plunge pool ideal at any hour of the day or night. Inside, the high ceilings and contemporary décor create an airy setting for the living room and dining room. This opens into the breakfast area and kitchen, but with a private cook to make all of your meals and a housekeeping team to handle the rest, you may be able to avoid any kitchen duties throughout your entire stay.
The three bedrooms are spaced apart for privacy and scenery. They vary in size from queen to king, and all three feature private terraces in the garden or facing the sea. They are all ensuite with large and private baths.
The Villa Portico 1 is a fantastic find and can actually be your only destination during your stay. With its beachfront access, its many amenities and services, and its fantastic style and design it is sure to please your entire group.
