Set along the West Coast of the island, it has a private terrace that opens to a private little footpath that leads directly to the white sands and turquoise seas that make the area so famous. With plenty of options for watersports, the villa is also close to many outdoor activities such as the world-class golf options on the islands, the luxury shopping, and the gourmet dining that draw so many to this area of the island.
Yet, if you wish to make the villa your sole destination, it provides all that is needed to enjoy a lengthy and comfortable getaway. As noted, there is the large and private terrace tucked beneath a verandah. Here you have al fresco dining space, a large lounge area, and a sunbed all surrounded by native palms and landscaped grounds. Step in through the oversized doors and you enter a small office and lounge space that makes for an ideal space to work or simply lounge. In a bit further is the great room with a larger living room area and entertainment space, and this opens to the kitchen. Oversized and full of premium appliances, it offers up an island for working and dining, and all of the gear needed to make even complex meals or drinks.
Though it is a one-bedroom villa, it features a large and airy space to enjoy each night of rest, and comes with one of the most opulent private baths imaginable. An oversized tub, free-standing shower, and dual vanities make the bathroom a spa-like space to enjoy.
Set close to the fun of Speightstown, the Villa Reeds House 3 is a fantastic find. ~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
