When you visit the Royal Westmoreland you are welcome to enjoy the gourmet eateries and spa treatments available, as well as the par-72 golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the tennis courts, fitness center and the beach club right at Mullins Beach. However appealing all of these options might be, the villa itself is an incredibly satisfying place to spend your time.
After all, it does have those amazing views and you can enjoy them from the luxury and comfort of your private pool terrace. The elegant pool is framed by an equally elegant marble terrace. Furnished with loungers and wrapped by gorgeous and mature palms, it is a little bit of paradise to call your own.
It backs right up to the luxurious covered terrace that is furnished as an opulent outdoor living space. An al fresco dining area is adjacent to the BBQ, and nearby stands a spacious lounge. You are also just a few steps from the beautiful interiors. There is a sunken living room with high ceilings and oversized furniture, and it opens to the formal dining suite. There is a two-story lounge in the foyer and there is also a surprisingly well furnished media room with the very latest technologies. The gourmet kitchen is also a delight, and you have the option of hiring a cook in addition to regular household staff.
The bedrooms are just as impressive as the living spaces, and each opens to a terrace or sea view, making the Villa Sienna an unforgettable find and perfect retreat.

For new bookings travel dates in 2020 and 2021, the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit / Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
~ Festive Period: 50% deposit / Balance due 75 days prior to arrival
For new bookings travel dates in 2020 and 2021, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date at the same villa.
~ If guests cancel the reservation falling within the Festive Season, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date in the same villa.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For new booking, the property manager has changed the cancellation policy as follow:
(i) A full refund minus $250.00 administration fee will be granted to the Client in the event the government of the Client’s country stipulates a state of lockdown, preventing the Client from leaving the country.
(ii) A full refund minus $250.00 administration fee will be granted to the Client in the event that Barbados does not allow or issues a specific ban on the Client’s country preventing entry into Barbados.
(iii) A full refund minus $250.00 administration fee will be granted if the Client receives positive results to the initial RT-PCR test required to be taken 3 days prior to arrival in Barbados, therefore prohibiting the Client from traveling.
(iv) A provisio to the above cancellation clauses is that the Client will be refunded the deposit and final payment less 15% processing fee if cancellation occurs within 1 week of arrival.
(v) Should a person be denied entry due to non-compliance with The Barbados government’s protocols, Client will not be refunded.
(vi) If the booking is cancelled for any other reason than the above or COVID-19 is no longer affecting travel, the standard payment and cancellation policy will apply.
(vii) The Barbados Government has instituted testing requirements per its Travel Protocols, which can be found at barbadostravelprotocols.com. Rent for accommodation will not be refunded if a Client is unable to produce a valid COVID-19 PCR test from an accredited facility on arrival to Barbados.

Beautiful house located on a golf course on a beautiful island. Easy to get anywhere from the location and the drive is spectacular no matter which way you go. The house was as advertised and the pool, view, and ambiance were fantastic. The bedrooms were private and the grounds were quite and peaceful.
