Encompassing well over 6,000 square feet of covered living space, the main house and guest cottage are situated on one of the largest plots in the estate, spanning more than 2 ½ acres. Positioned on the ridge front, the villa provides breathtaking sea views to the west amidst majestic mahogany trees, while the south and east overlook the renowned Old Nine golf course with its clubhouse, bar, and tennis facilities.
Blending colonial charm with contemporary comforts, Halle Rose welcomes you with an elegant reception area, leading seamlessly to a terrace dining spot overlooking the pool, expansive lawn, and gardens. An open corridor offers panoramic views to the west and leads to the bedroom wings on both the north and south sides.
The north hallway guides you to a coral stone deck and pool area, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as two spacious guest bedrooms. Meanwhile, the south hallway leads to another guest bedroom and the grand master suite, all featuring air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Adjacent to the reception area, a cozy TV and family room awaits to the right, while a formal dining room with access to the kitchen and lower level is found to the left.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen resides on the lower level and includes a charming dumbwaiter for convenient dining service. This level also houses a gym and a separate two-bedroom, one-bathroom guest cottage with living and office areas, boasting its own private entrance.
