Cleverly situated about 1¼ miles from any disturbances, its strategic location enjoys strong, fresh breezes and breathtaking views of surrounding areas including the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The interior features a diffidently, yet elegantly decorated and spacious living and dining areas, filled with contemporary furnishings.
The property contains three air-conditioned en suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom containing a king-sized bed. The master bedroom and the third bedroom on the lower level contain a tub/shower combination. Bedrooms open out onto the terrace of the lovely 40 foot swimming pool. Amenities include an inclusive beach cabana, golf, high-speed internet facilities and a coveted ocean view.
Additional information Bedroom 3 opens on to the pool & deck. Night watchman is not included in the nightly rental rate. This service is available on request 12 hours, 6pm - 6am. USD$13 per hour.

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
For new bookings the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 21 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 21 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
