Of course, the grounds (comprising over ten acres) feature a stunning number of paths, enchanting little corners and even a remarkably well-hidden pool with stone steps. There is a koi pond nearby, a charming gazebo, and even outdoor activities like volleyball and a private path to the beach. The outdoor pizza oven can be used by your chef to create the ultimate al fresco dining event, but many also appreciate the formal dining room, too.
The interiors also include a games room and fitness center, gourmet kitchen, home theater, several lounges and the bedrooms. These are spread out through the different wings and regions of the house. They are all luxurious retreats with private baths and lovely views. They have king beds, several have outdoor showers and tubs, and all feature the same stunning décor that defines the rest of the property.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa requires a 5 nights minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is one (1) night's rental at the applicable rate of the date, plus 12.5% taxes.
Refundable security deposit: Standard deposit USD $2,500 plus USD $1,000 security deposit for events
Clients are also required to hire outside caterers as well as rent chairs, tables, tents, glasses, cutlery, and crockery.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances.
