Tucked away in a quiet, exceptionally private setting, the property remains just minutes from the boutiques and world-class dining of Holetown and close to some of the island’s most beautiful beaches.
The villa features a 15-metre infinity-edge pool and a newly added private pickleball court set in the garden below.
Its distinctive atmosphere is defined by an expansive open-plan ground floor, where contemporary living spaces flow seamlessly onto the pool deck and extend to a secluded gazebo with additional dining and lounge areas.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across four double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Two master suites are located on the ground floor, each enhanced by its own outdoor tropical shower.
Arrival Information: Guests staying at this property should choose the Barbados North Coast Transfer service area for airport transfers. We highly recommend the Barbados Fast Track service to expedite your arrival and avoid long waits at customs.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 65 days, 35% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 65 days prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year bookings are nonrefundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

- Reservations with a total booking value of US$15,000 or more will receive a US$500 concierge credit.
- Reservations with a total booking value between US$5,000 and US$14,999 will receive a US$200 concierge credit.
Credits may be used toward rental cars, airport transfers, experiences, yacht charters, and other concierge services. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be applied toward the villa rental rate. Credit is applied per reservation and must be used during the associated stay. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
