The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors and comprises the following: Ground floor – limestone entrance hall, large formal dining hall to seat 10/12, sitting room, media area, fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area which leads onto a large pool deck and 15m infinity edge pool. It has stairs leading to an air conditioned media room/additional bedroom, master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private courtyard with day bed and outside spa bathing, 2nd double bedroom, a single bedroom and 2 shower rooms. 1st floor – accessed by a mahogany and glass staircase leading onto a bridge, double bedroom, twin bedroom both with en suite bathrooms and ocean views.

Minimum rental rate is $4000 per week (excluding VAT and service).
For new bookings with travel dates during the Low Season 2020, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
