Villa Westland Heights 9 is situated within a gated community in the St. James area of Barbados. The property also offers up a beautiful koi pond feature as well as a gazebo where outdoor entertaining is sure to be a constant activity and real treat. In fact, a real premium is placed on outdoor spaces, outdoor dining areas and lounges, sunny terraces, and garden niches all furnished in a way to entice hours of lounging and relaxation. The interiors are low-key and cheerful with a white palette accented by pops of island-inspired colors. The living room features high ceilings and arched doors that open to the garden. The dining room is designed in a similar manner and also opens to the pool area through elegant arched doors.

Nearby is the oversized gourmet kitchen that includes professional-quality appliances well-suited to even the most discerning chef, and it also opens to the grounds and the views. There is also a media room and home theater.

The five bedrooms are spread out to ensure privacy and access to the lovely grounds.
