With an entirely unique design, the two-story villa places the main living level and master bath on the upper floor and the second bedroom at the lower. The second suite opens to a gorgeous and private verandah furnished for hours of relaxation and fun. It includes dual single beds and a luxurious private bath. The master bedroom is on the upper floor with a queen bed and amazing views, as well as a private ensuite bath of its own.
The upper level is also where you find the beautifully designed and decorated great room. Using an open floor plan, it merges the living room, formal dining area, and gourmet kitchen into one, fluid space. The open-air kitchen gazes out towards the scenery and is furnished with the very best appliances and gear. The entire space is done in a soothing palette of sand and rich blue accented with bursts of island color, and this creates a warmth that starts as you enter and leads right into the bedrooms and baths.

For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
