A three-bedroom penthouse villa, it is part of part of the Sapphire Beach community, and offers you direct access to more than 300 feet of private beach front along Dover Beach. Visitors also have free use of the two oversized, ocean front pools, the gardens and grounds, the modern fitness center and the benefits of a gated and secured community. Minutes from the St. Lawrence Gap, the airport, and the shopping at Bridgetown, it is also close to Oistins Fishing Village with its amazing dining and entertainment.
While exploring the island may be the focus of the trip, don't forget that your fifth floor, premium villa also offers an abundance of pleasures. Prime among them is the expansive verandah that allows you to savor the unprecedented views. Furnished in a clean and contemporary style, it offers a full-sized dining area along with a lounge.
The neutral hues of the furnishings continue inside, where the great room offers a casual living room furnished with both wicker and upholstered pieces. Featuring an entertainment system, it is a fantastic spot to gather, as is the kitchen. With an open air design, it looks out to the views and features high end appliances and a breakfast bar.
The three bedrooms use low-key décor in hues of honey and cinnamon. The master suite opens to the verandah and features a king bed, another offers dual twin beds, and a third is a large room with queen bed and pullout sofa. Each has a large, ensuite bathroom.

~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
