Set along the shore in the Christ Church area of Barbados, this three-bedroom villa offers indoor and outdoor living spaces along with a long list of premium features unique to the property.
It is part of part of the Sapphire Beach community, and offers you direct access to more than 300 feet of private beach front along Dover Beach. Visitors also have free use of the two oversized, ocean front pools, the gardens and grounds, the modern fitness center and the benefits of a gated and secured community. Minutes from the St. Lawrence Gap, the airport, and the shopping at Bridgetown, it is also close to Oistins Fishing Village with its amazing dining and entertainment.
With impressive views of the pool and the beachfront, the villa features a fantastic and expansive verandah. Beautiful with its elegant arches and columns, it is large enough to offer a full-sized, al fresco dining space and several lounging areas. You reach it in several ways, with the main entrance from the great room.
The décor throughout this villa emphasizes a nautical blue and white theme, but it is also accented with darker hues seen in some of the furnishings and décor. The great room is done in a silvery blue with mahogany accents in the living room and media area. The pale paint and tile floors capture the light and airy feeling from outdoors. This great room also features a breakfast bar and a modern kitchen.
The bedrooms range from a king-sized master suite with verandah access to the queen suite with fold-out sofa and the double bed suite. All have private baths and good views.

For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

I have just returned from staying in the beautiful apartment, 6th Nov til 13th, it was wonderful! It was spacious clean and tidy, and had everything u may need. It is on the corner of the building so the views were amazing, wonderful way to wake up in the mornings, and the balcony was an ideal place to have breakfast. There are open bars and food places beside the building and they had music and karaoke nights, but u can hardly hear this when ur in the apartment.
The people and staff are friendly people and always willing to help.... don’t be afraid say morning/evening/ night everyone responds and says it. There are places to eat / drink all along the strip, and a store for you to buy food and bring back to cook if u wish. I would suggest going out of the strip and jumping on a local bus/mini bus only 2BBD, and going to TriMarket to buy food to cook

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful condo right on a stunning stretch of beach and within walking distance to the gap and Barry's surf school. All the locals on the beach and in the area were so friendly and we felt safe the entire trip. Donal was great with communicating to us and check-in was no problem (we met the property manager who gave us a tour of the property and answered any if our questions). The condo has a stunning master bedroom overlooking the water and a large balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The other 2 rooms face the street - 1 has a large ensuite while the other room is right beside a bathroom with a shower. The condo had a lot of space and was exactly what we were looking for. We're already planning our next trip!
