This inviting three-bedroom villa provides a peaceful and comfortable escape, perfect for guests seeking privacy with effortless access to Barbados’ coveted West Coast lifestyle.
The villa features two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, along with a versatile office or flex space ideal for remote work. This additional room can also serve as an overflow sleeping area upon request. Designed for relaxed island living, Kai includes its own private plunge pool, approximately 4.5 feet deep, surrounded by a semi-covered terrace and lush tropical landscaping that creates a serene outdoor haven.
Inside, the ambiance is warm and welcoming, enhanced by subtle Caribbean-inspired accents that add charm and character. Although conveniently positioned near the main road, the villa’s thoughtful layout and landscaping ensure a tranquil and restful stay.
Security, Safety & Smart Features:
The villa is equipped with a comprehensive alarm system, exterior security cameras, and an intercom system connecting both villas. All downstairs windows are fitted with security bars, and smart entry locks secure the front doors. Guests will also find a JBL Bluetooth speaker, a large in-room safe in the master bedroom, and panic buttons located throughout the property for added peace of mind.
Important Note on Beach & Swimming:
The beach directly in front of the property naturally shifts with seasonal tides. However, the reef-protected waters offshore remain calm year-round, making the area ideal for snorkeling and exploring marine life. Guests who prefer wading on a sandy bottom can take a short stroll along the shoreline to either side of the property, where clear, calm waters are easily accessible.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

- Reservations with a total booking value of US$15,000 or more will receive a US$500 concierge credit.
- Reservations with a total booking value between US$5,000 and US$14,999 will receive a US$200 concierge credit.
Credits may be used toward rental cars, airport transfers, experiences, yacht charters, and other concierge services. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be applied toward the villa rental rate. Credit is applied per reservation and must be used during the associated stay. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
