Kaiso stands as the crown jewel of the estate — an exquisite four-bedroom beachfront villa, each bedroom fully en-suite, positioned directly on the golden sands of Barbados’ prestigious West Coast. Designed to embrace effortless indoor-outdoor living, the villa offers uninterrupted Caribbean Sea views paired with an atmosphere of refined island elegance.
The thoughtfully designed layout features three spacious en-suite bedrooms upstairs, each with beautifully appointed bathrooms, while a fourth en-suite bedroom on the ground floor provides convenient access for guests who prefer minimal stairs. The bright, open-plan living and dining areas are filled with natural light and flow seamlessly onto a private beachfront pool terrace. Here, a blend of shaded retreats and sun-drenched lounging spaces creates the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and relaxed luxury.
Outdoor living takes center stage at Kaiso. The private swimming pool and integrated heated jacuzzi overlook the sea, offering a serene setting for both leisurely afternoons and sunset relaxation. A covered beachfront gazebo comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests, creating an exceptional space for alfresco dining and entertaining. With direct beach access just steps away, guests can easily enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or simply soaking up the sun.
For wellness and convenience, Kaiso includes a dedicated exercise studio that also functions as a pool house. Equipped with free weights up to 15 pounds, a gym bench, yoga mats, and yoga blocks, the space is ideal for maintaining fitness routines while on holiday. It also offers direct access to a bathroom, allowing guests to transition easily between the pool, beach, and villa.

Security, Safety & Smart Features:
Kaiso is equipped with a comprehensive alarm system, exterior security cameras, an intercom system connecting both villas on the estate, and security bars on all downstairs windows. Smart entry locks secure the front doors, while a large in-room safe in the master bedroom provides additional peace of mind. Panic buttons are located throughout the villa, and a JBL Bluetooth speaker is available for entertainment.
Important Note on Beach & Swimming:
The beach in front of the property naturally shifts with seasonal tides. However, the reef-protected waters directly offshore provide calm conditions year-round, making the area ideal for snorkeling and observing marine life. Guests who prefer wading on a sandy bottom can take a short stroll along the shoreline to either side of the property, where clear, calm waters are easily accessible.
Please note that Villa Kaiso is available for rental as a 7-bedroom villa, in combination with the adjacent Villa Kai.
Arrival Information: Guests staying at this property should choose the Barbados West Coast Transfer service area for airport transfers. We highly recommend the Barbados Fast Track service to expedite your arrival and avoid long waits at customs.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be applied toward the villa rental rate. Credit is applied per reservation and must be used during the associated stay.
