Set above the popular Mullins Beach in Barbados, it is a second floor penthouse that has truly opulent amenities. With three bedrooms, it is a property that comfortably accommodates up to six visitors. It is comprised of two floors with the main living spaces on the first level. Here you find two of the bedrooms, the large and modern kitchen, and great room with its lounge and dining areas, and all of it opens to the covered patio. This features some al fresco dining and lounge space and captures impressive views.
The kitchen is large and modern, offering all of the equipment you would need for even advanced meal preparation. Open to the living space, it allows you to enjoy the scenery at all times, and with large doors, all of those delicious breezes will come in to compete with the aromas of your cooking!
Heading to the upper level, you find the master bedroom along with the plunge pool patio area and even more impressive scenery. A shared area, it still offers plenty of privacy for lounging and relaxing. The bedrooms are all en suite and provide the utmost in privacy while also ensuring you enjoy the gorgeous views.

For new bookings with travel dates during the Low Season 2020 and High Season 2021, the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Fantastic property close to excellent beach and other amenities. Perfect for a group of couples or a family with older children. Stunning views and location, just be careful as it's easy to get locked out on the balcony if not being careful. The manager met us to let us in and even gave us a welcome gift of island treats. Would highly recommend!
We stayed as a family of four. The apartment is perfect for 4-6 people. It's split-level, with a decent kitchen, roomy lounge area and great balcony. Dining tables inside and out. Two bedrooms both with a bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom is on the second floor, with the pool on the same level. The pool is ideal for a dip and there are loungers there too. Mullins beach is a 3 minute walk to the secured gate and across the street. Mullins Bar is lively and good for food, and the beach itself is nice, with chairs for rent and water activities available. There are four or five guys with jet skis there, but they aren't pushy. Next door is a petrol station with a basic mini-market for supplies. The place is not far from Speightstown (with some nice restaurants), and Holetown is a bit further south (more classy). We hired a car, but there are frequent buses running along the road, 3 mins away. It's fully appointed, easy to move in, and Kerrie was great helping us out, even when there was a misunderstanding about our arrival time. Note that the penthouse is up two flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, that's worth considering.
