This three-bedroom gem is also directly along the white sands of Paynes Bay and promises a great deal of privacy along with its direct access to the sea. The focal point of the three-story villa is the main level with its huge and private stone terrace furnished as a sundeck and al fresco dining spot. Flanked at the back by the main level verandah, it offers access to a cozy and beautifully furnished lounge as well as the formal dining area. Around the corner is the loveliest surprise – the large and private plunge pool also framed by a stone surround.
From the front of the villa, visitors savor the amazing scenery, but can also step inside to the airy and island-inspired living room. With high ceilings and a white palette, it offers up a series of low-key lounges and living rooms that open into the indoor dining suite and the large kitchen. A gourmet’s delight, the kitchen is an open-air style with marble counters, stainless appliances and all of the equipment needed for preparing even the most complex meals or drinks.
From the marble foyer, a winding stair leads up to the second floor living area, which houses two of the three bedrooms. They are both king suites with large, luxurious ensuite bathrooms. Both open to the second story balcony to promise great views. The third floor features the master suite. This offers a king-sized four-poster bed, an office, and a dressing room. It opens to the enormous and private balcony with truly stunning views of the sea.
