Situated along the coveted Paynes Bay area of the island it is a beachfront property comprised of luxurious apartment-style villas. Set at the end of the property, it is a remarkably private and spacious location. The amenities include direct access to the fully furnished beachfront, but you can also delight in the expansive, lagoon-style pool that lines the base of the building. There are also sun decks and gardens to enjoy at all hours. Visitors can also enjoy the services of the resident butler, have meals made by the chef and count on the housekeeping team to take care of every need.
While time spent at the beach, using the water sports gear or swimming and snorkeling, may be your focus, the villa itself is also a wonderful spot for relaxation. It features an immense and private terrace that gazes out over the scenery. It is fully furnished as an al fresco dining room, a spacious outdoor living room and a private lounging spot for the master bedroom.
Indoors, the great room is open to the views and savors the same scenery and sea breezes as the terrace. Decorated in a casual and contemporary style, it provides a wonderful living room, dining room and kitchen space. The three bedrooms include two king suites and a queen suite. Both have private baths and two feature Juliet balconies and terraces.

Arrival Information: Guests staying at this property should choose the Barbados West Coast Transfer service area for airport transfers. We highly recommend the Barbados Fast Track service to expedite your arrival and avoid long waits at customs.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Due to recent weather events, the beach in front of Old Trees has been eroded and damaged the seawall. Reconstruction is ongoing and expected to be completed by early December. In the interim, guests can access the beach via the public access entrance on Paynes Bay.
