This wonderful three-bedroom villa is located in the coveted St. James area, placing you close to premium dining, shopping and sightseeing, but also offering you a private paradise of your own. The elegant stretch of lawn leads to the beach, but it also takes you back to your cheerful and colorful villa.
From the garden you encounter the outdoor barbecue and dining areas and then the verandah with its al fresco lounge and more formal dining area. From there you can enter the great room or you can make your way around to the sun deck and private swimming pool. Framed in a lovely privacy wall, it is an oversized plunge pool that is ideal for early morning or late-night dips.
Inside, the open floor plan of the great room encourages you to experience a sense of the outdoors inside thanks to its many oversized doors and pale palette. A lounging and entertainment areas abuts the dining room, and you are just steps from the oversized, gourmet kitchen. With a household staff to tackle the cooking and housekeeping, it leaves you free to savor the luxurious surroundings.
Even the bedrooms are opulent retreats and feature beautiful décor, large and private baths, and two of them offer you private terraces. Two are on an upper level and the third is separate and opens to the gardens.

For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Our stay at Church Point 2 was exquisite. The villa was perfectly located on a very uncrowded beach. The house staff were wonderful and attended to our every request. Angela, the cook, even allowed me to get in the kitchen with her to learn a few Bajan cooking tips. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back.
Isle Blue was very helpful in arranging everything we needed for our trip. All of our questions were answered very quickly. There were no surprises or inconveniences that came up through our travels.
