Located alongside one of the finest stretches of beachfront, it provides visitors with a coveted penthouse setting and a long list of benefits.
The villa provides visitors with lovely gardens and grounds that all lead to the private beachfront. Supplying you with chairs, towels and water sports gear, the beach amenities are not the end of the story. You also have the stunning villa. It comes with the attentive services of a cook who prepares two consecutive meals daily and a housekeeping staff.
There is also the rooftop, and this is a fantastic find. Designed with the utmost style, it provides amazing views of the surroundings and is furnished as the ultimate, private retreat. It features a large plunge pool and rooftop terrace. This is furnished as an al fresco lounge and dining area. There is also the lower terrace which provides another fabulous spot to savor those trade winds and sea views. Step into the great room area and you have more formal dining, the living room and your full-sized kitchen. Equipped with all you require, it is a great spot for whipping up coffee, drinks and snacks.
Both of the bedrooms also count as luxurious and private retreats. Both feature private terraces facing the sea and each is furnished in a Zen-like style with billowing white curtains and a pale palette. They are both king suites with oversized and private baths.

For new bookings with travel dates during the Low Season 2020, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

I stayed here in 13 to 20 February 2017 with my partner. It is a wonderful luxury apartment and the visit was made all the more enjoyable by the staff at Reeds House and our housekeeper, Marcie. Sue, the owner who Ives nearby, popped by to say hi and we were made to feel very welcome by everyone. We chose to eat out most nights at the various great restaurants in Holetown and only had breakfast in the apartment. Cooked to order by the housekeeper at a time to suit us. We probably should have eaten at home more often as the local food is wonderful. The beach here is lovely but we did find it useful to have a car to visit other beaches up and down the west coast and for day trips out to St Lucy and the East and South coasts.
