Tucked into nearly one acre of lush and private gardens, and sitting at the edge of the 16th fairway, the Villa Ixora - Barbados is an amazing find. Part of the world-famous Royal Westmoreland, it overlooks the golf course and features a long list of appealing services and amenities that include a cook, housekeeping team and long list of indoor and outdoor living spaces.
It is also a place to choose if you wish to blend the benefits of a large and private villa holiday with those of an upscale resort. This is because visitors are given access to all of the facilities of the Royal Westmoreland as part of their stay. This means full beach facilities via Mullins Bay, use of the spa, restaurant and private club. This includes a fitness center, golfing, tennis and a range of children's activities and clubs.
Yet, you may be so enamored with the villa itself that you rarely stray far from its gorgeous grounds. For many, it is the pool area that proves so hard to resist. There is a kidney shaped pool that gazes out to the golf course, but which is also framed by an elegant stone terrace.
