This four-bedroom property is tucked into more than two acres of private gardens and grounds. With mature plantings offering you an array of lovely outdoor spaces to lounge, sunbathe or take in the scenery, it could be a destination all on its own. Yet, it is also part of the coveted Sandy Lane Estates, and that means you enjoy free use of all of the Owners' Association amenities, too.

What that means is that you can book time on the tennis courts, head to the private beach, use the facilities at the hotel, and savor the delights of the private beach cabanas, the bar services and more. In addition to that, your villa is also fully staffed with a private cook and housekeeping team.

Designed as a main villa and cottage, the property features a truly stunning pool terrace that offers a large pool framed by a stone terrace and flanked by a raised terrace with amazing lily pond and al fresco lounge. Just steps from the pool area is your open air great room with is formal living room space and home theater.

The bedrooms are located on both floors of the main building and in the guest cottage. They are all king beds and each room is ensuite. All have wonderful views and spacious sitting areas. The cottage also has a kitchenette and private patio to enjoy.

When you want the best of all possible worlds, the Villa Innisfree may provide just that. Minutes from Holetown and the many dining and shopping options there, and part of a large estate, it is a wonderful destination for discerning travelers.

Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.
  • Mandatory security services costs of US$92 per 24 hours until the second test is received and quarantine lifted

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation / 50% deposit for Christmas/New Year bookings
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation, all payments made will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel to the same villa for up 12 months from the original arrival date. No refund will be offered.

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Barbados Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Barbados Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Barbados Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

There is nothing I would change about my stay at this villa, except I would stay longer . Everything bout the villa was lovely all the rooms opened up and flowed into each other. The furniture , crockery , bedlinen ,everything was good quality. Not cheap as in some rental villas .There is a cook, a house keeper, gardener and a handy man. They all take pride in their work and it shows in how the villa is run.
Cheryl will cook anything you require as long as you provide the ingredients, she even came shopping with us to help us get the right items.
Michelle the house keeper will even do washing and ironing if needed. The first time I've come back from Holiday with clean clothes. Harrell the handy man keeps around the pool clean washing down every day, turning the night lights off every morning, and feeding the koi in the beautiful pond. The position is good the main entrance is opposite the sandy lane hotel entrance .the gardens is huge it's like being in the jungle at the back, even having monkeys coming through the garden. I could go on forever,
I can't wait to return next year .

From the initial booking and keeping in touch with me those many long months leading-up to our vacation, through to the assistance you provided with first the arrival of my wife and I and then the next day our children and grandchild, and even Lisa following-up with me while we were still in Barbados.........very professional and very well organized. In terms of the villa, we could not have asked for anything more. It was in the perfect location, central to Bridgetown and Holetown, although I must confess that we spent the majority of our time at the villa. Who would not want to take advantage of everything Radwood Beach House 1 had to offer, including two exceptional staff; June who is a world class cook and Lateisha whom assisted June in keeping the villa looking immaculate. The plunge pool was used non-stop and when we got tired of just floating in it, we took the 7 steps from our deck to the beach and we had the beach for playing, the ocean for snorkeling (directly in front of the villa) where we even had some small sea-turtles visiting us daily. I appreciate both of your efforts in making this one of the most memorable vacations for our entire family and we will definitely be using Isle Blue for any future vacations to the Caribbean.
