Minimum rental rate is $4000 per week (excluding VAT and service).
For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
For new bookingsthe property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 21 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 21 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

There is nothing I would change about my stay at this villa, except I would stay longer . Everything bout the villa was lovely all the rooms opened up and flowed into each other. The furniture , crockery , bedlinen ,everything was good quality. Not cheap as in some rental villas .There is a cook, a house keeper, gardener and a handy man. They all take pride in their work and it shows in how the villa is run.
Cheryl will cook anything you require as long as you provide the ingredients, she even came shopping with us to help us get the right items.
Michelle the house keeper will even do washing and ironing if needed. The first time I've come back from Holiday with clean clothes. Harrell the handy man keeps around the pool clean washing down every day, turning the night lights off every morning, and feeding the koi in the beautiful pond. The position is good the main entrance is opposite the sandy lane hotel entrance .the gardens is huge it's like being in the jungle at the back, even having monkeys coming through the garden. I could go on forever,
I can't wait to return next year .
